Grace Cassy & Jonathan Luff

Founders, CyLon

Grace and Jonathan co-founded CyLon in 2015 along with Alex van Someren. CyLon finds, grows, and invests in the world's best emerging cyber businesses, and to date has supported over 100 cyber companies and is the 5th most active investor in cyber security globally. Before founding CyLon, Grace spent 10 years in the UK Diplomatic Service, working on global security policy in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Between 2004-6, she was an advisor to PM Tony Blair in 10 Downing Street, specialising in Asia and national security. Jonathan was a senior British Diplomat, serving in a variety of roles for the UK Government, including as an advisor to UK Prime Minister David Cameron.

Tim Sadler

Co-founder and CEO, Tessian

Tim is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Tessian. Tim and his co-founders started the human layer security company in 2013, after identifying a need for a cybersecurity solution that helps stop human failure on email. Tim has since built the company from 0 to over 150 employees and raised over $60m from leading venture capital funds. Tim has been awarded “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” at the 2018 Enterprise Awards and he was listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in technology. He holds Masters degrees in design, engineering and innovation from Imperial College and the Royal College of Art.
